Mike Gower is an experienced freelance director and producer who has spent over thirty years working for ITV, BBC and radio with credits ranging from live studio direction to corporate production, documentaries and sport. Based in East Lothian in Scotland, work has involved Halifax/Bank of Scotland, BBC 4, Scottish Equitable, IBM, Scottish Television, attheraces, Celtic Football Club, Dundee Football Club, Greater Glasgow Health Board, Glasgow City Council and Scotsman Publications.

Experienced in all aspects of live multi-camera production and direction including robotic cameras, virtual reality sets and satellite newsgathering.

Documentary and corporate single camera programme and post production experience. Self-shoot and edit - complete production facility now available, from script to screen. Radio documentary production facilities. Lecturer in Broadcast Journalism, Napier University, Edinburgh and Glasgow Metropolitan College.
